About MyVet 24-7

MyVet 24-7 was launched in Uxbridge by Veterinary Surgeon Daniel J Doherty BVetMed MRCVS.

Following the success of this clinic, a second clinic was established in Hillingdon. Both clinics now offer an extensive range of services using the latest in equipment and sophisticated diagnostic and treatment techniques.

The Hillingdon practice is now one of just a handful of pet clinics in the UK featuring a water treadmill for the provision of hydrotherapy to aid the recovery of dogs.

The Mastermind

Daniel Doherty qualified from the University of London’s Royal Veterinary College with a distinction in his elected subject in 1991.

Since his graduation, he has continuously worked with small animals.

Using a personal approach, he knows his patients well and is known to call and check on them from time to time.

Liked by pets and their people alike, Daniel loves getting news and often receives dogs’ stories and pictures from their owners.

Our Chief Pet Officer

Pomeranian Hercules is the Chief Pet Officer of MyVet 24-7. He bares a lot of responsibility on his shoulders as he needs to make sure that everything runs smoothly within the practice and the customers leave happy with the services they’ve received.

Occasionally manning the reception, Hercules is highly popular and certainly well known. Having been featured in the local newspaper and by the BBC (where he strutted his stuff and struck a few delightful poses), he is often recognised by passers-by when being walked. Naturally, he loves the attention!
